Site supervision is of paramount importance when constructing high quality custom homes. By limiting the number of homes built at any one time, allows our Site Managers to apply their expertise effectively, without constraints.
Site meetings are scheduled at key stages to provide the opportunity to view progress and discuss the next phase. This enables you to feel involved the whole way through, while being reassured that your home build is in very capable hands.
Finally, we hand over the keys to your beautiful new custom home, but our service doesn’t stop there.
We provide a maintenance period after presenting you with your beautiful home and a detailed Home Owner’s Manual. During this time, our team remains available to take care of any minor repairs or address any questions you might have.
