To further complement our construction team we are seeking the services of an experienced Custom Homes Site Supervisor, with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Custom Homes Site Supervisor will operate in a flexible and autonomous manner to ensure the logical progression of site activities are maintained to achieve on time, on budget results of a quality standard.

The position ideally suits candidates with a trade or professional background and whom possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in managing residential home construction
  • Must be registered as a Building Works Supervisor under the Building Works Supervisor Act 1995, as a minimum, up to and including two (2) storey residential construction.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and provide solutions
  • Understanding of estimating principles
  • Have a clear understanding of current WHS legislation and requirements.
  • Hold a current White Card.
  • Connected to a network of experienced contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word and Excel.

Candidates must possess a high level of clear and professional communication at all levels.
