Looking as good from the skies as it does from the ground, the Mansfield Park project is as busy as ever, with steel framing almost complete, brickwork taking place and roofing now under way. Upon the completion of the project – expected in September 2020, we will have worked together with AnglicareSA to construct 16 new homes for the over 55’s.

Future residents were front of mind when Normus Urban Projects constructed three single-storey homes, including associated civil works for inhousing at Thomas Street, Salisbury. Each home incorporated Platinum Level Livable Design Guidelines, delivering maximum functionality and optimising resident mobility through incorporating wider hallways, step-free thresholds, flexible kitchen spaces, automated window openers, grab rails and other key features.
Engaged to provide the full suite of services, including Planning, Design and Construction, Normus Urban Projects has delivered 15 architecturally-designed independent living units in partnership with ECH. The project vision was to create an inclusive, attractive and harmonious community village on a large vacant property located on Penneys Hill Road in Hackham, SA. Approximately 7,000sqm in size, the property is irregular in shape with a significant cross fall to the rear of the site.
