Working with Triumph Developments, Normus Urban Projects has delivered the completion of Stage 1 of Montpelier Estate at Port Adelaide. The complete project solution, including planning, design and construction was achieved through a close relationship with the client, resulting in an outstanding product that lived up to the estate’s vision.

As part of the planning strategy, Normus Urban Projects worked closely with Triumph Developments to identify cost effective solutions, while also managing infrastructure needs and service provider utility upgrades.
The success of Stage 1 of the project has resulted in Normus Urban Projects being awarded Stage 2 and 3 of the Montpelier Estate development, which will see the construction of another 24 homes on the site.
