The client appreciated the communicative, thorough and timely approach displayed by the Normus’ administration team.
Future residents were front of mind throughout the project as we understand the importance to ensure each home is delivered in order to maximise functionality and optimise resident mobility (e.g. wider hallways, step free thresholds, flexible kitchen spaces, etc.).
Future-proofing was undertaken through incorporating structural provisions for ceiling lifts within home.
Automated window openers, window blinds and specialised tapware and grab rails were incorporated.
